Cloud Computing seminar - Tuesday 29 Sep 2009
In collaboration with Bonnier Ledarskapshandböcker and Advokatfirman Vinge, we today (Tuesday 29 Sep 2009) participated in a half-day seminar devoted to discuss Cloud Computing from a technical, legal and security point of view. The target audience were IT management.
Ribomation gave the first speech, about out the technial foundation and background of cloud computing.

Seminars road-show in September
The second week of Septemer we are giving a series of seminars in Stockholm, Göteborg (Gothenburg) and Malmö. In each city we will talk about two different topics:

Collaboration with Informator
Ribomation is collaborating with Informator to deliver both training and create course-ware for new courses. For this autumn Ribomation will design and create course-ware for the following courses.

Production montitoring - second week
The second working week of the production monitoring roll-out project, provided some insight into areas such as SiteMinder, GlassFish OpenESB and Jython.
Using a Jython script we was able to pull out queue metrics from OpenESB and feed it to the Introscope monitoring server using the flexible EP Agent.

This week (last of April) we are busy kick-starting a project for rolling out a production monitoring solution of a large Swedish government institution. The project will proceed until mid-June.

A new re-branded site for the (new) business side of Ribomation has been deployed, using the eminent CRM tool Drupal.
