Our price model for both scheduled courses and onsite courses

Scheduled Courses Top

We are situated in the central of Stockholm. You will bring your own laptop to the course. There will always be free WiFi. About a week before the course starts we will send you an email with information about which software you ought to install before the start of the course. That way we will have a flying start at the course. And you, do not forget to bring the power cable of your laptop :)

Included in the price there are printed course material and coffee/tee with sandwich/pastry at the forenoon and afternoon. Lunch is not included and will be taken on one's own.

Same Company Discount

We offer a 20% discount for additional participants from the same company, at the same course date

For example : You are three persons from the same company and you sign up to a scheduled course, that take place a certain date. Then we will invoice the full price for one person and reduced price for two persons. The premise is that we can send a summary invoice to the company.

Term of Sales

  • All prices are stated as exclusively VAT.
  • Our invoice will be sent as PDF by email after the course.
  • The invoice should be fully paid within 30 days.
  • Reminder charge and interest will be issued in case of overdue payment.
  • You can cancel up to 20 days before the course starts without any cost. Cancellation later than that the full price will be charged.
  • You can transfer your place to a colleague, as long as you inform us.

On-Site Courses Top

We will be happy to come to you and to hold the course in your premises. For that you should book an on-site course. The realization is simple; Our teacher travels to you with his own laptop. You arrange for a class room with data projector, screen and whiteboard. The participants will bring their own laptops.

Additional Terms

  • We issue invoices for consultancy work on a weekly basis and the invoices are sent in conjunction with the end of current calendar week.
  • The minimal chargeable unit is one consultancy day. One consultancy-day is at least 8 hours and at most 12 hours.
  • In conjunction with the weekly invoicing, a separate work- and hourly report will be sent. The report will contain information about what have been performed and/or delivered.
  • Written instructions for any internal time reporting beyond the work-/timereport we send after every consultancy-week must be available to us before the assignment starts.
  • Written instructions, including invoices with address and eventual reference number etcetera, for invoicing via second part/service agency must be available to us before the assignment starts.

Longer Payment Period Top

Our standard payment period is 30 days. In case you want a longer payment period, we can provide that to an additional fee and interest. The table below summarizes the fees and rates.

By payment period we mean the duration of time from the start of the course/engagement until it is fully paid.

We cannot emphasize enough the importance of that you in time, send us the invoicing information you want us to write on the invoice.

That means that if we have absent/incomplete invoicing information regarding e.g. PO number, invoicing address etc, that lead to your procurement department rejects our invoice and we must re-invoice it (credit invoice + new invoice), we will charge for our excess work and extend the payment period.

For example ; if you have 90 days payment period and your procurement department rejects our invoice 90 days after we sent it and ask for a corrected invoice, we will charge for both the re-invoicing work and the doubled payment period (90 + 90 days).
